Last week the back button on my Versa suddenly stopped working. I have tried the toothpick and air trick as seen on here and nothing. I have contacted customer support by direct messaging and had no reply. It's been a week now and the watch cannot be used properly. This is incredibly frustrating and makes the versa almost completely useless.
