I’ve had my Fitbit Versa since May 2018. Recently, since a couple of months ago, the back button stopped working altogether. It doesn’t push and when it budges it still doesn’t work.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Is it possible some debris have accumulated in the button of your Versa? Could you please try to clean it with a toothpick and use compressed air? If after trying this, the button is still not working correctly, please let us know so we can check this further.
