Back button stopped working on my Versa

Hi! My back button on my Versa does not work anymore. I mention that I cannot restart the watch, it's blocked on the quick settings menu.

@Lulu6, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the left button has stopped working properly.

 

Please use a toothpick around the button in order to clean it and remove any dust that this part of the watch accumulates. After this, press the button and see if it works properly.
