Versa setting says wifi is off. I have working wifi. Can't sync. Tried all I can think off. Help.

Not a solution to your main problem but a partial explanation:
Versa wi-fi has nothing to do with syncing. It syncs between Versa and phone via bluetooth; then uses phone's wi-fi to connect to cloud.

As a side note, in case your Fitbit Versa is not syncing with your phone, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
