I had not charged my Versa fitbit for a long time and now after charging the wrong date and time are on it. How do I fix this? Thanks.

It will fix itself when it syncs, getting time and date from sync device.

@Phoenix55, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the wrong time that your Versa is showing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after syncing your watch as @JohnnyRow advised.
