Folks: Not sure if there is an EASY fix other than buying another brand, but my bands I've purchased and the one provided simply disconnect! I've been driving, walking, and the watch falls to the floor.
Is this just a design flaw? Has anyone had this happen? I've recommended Versa 3's to a few people but now maybe not.

Hi - quick note. I connected via Twitter using @FitbitSupport and even created a short video for them in which the band disconnected twice in less than 90 seconds just connecting the band to the watch and then moving it, once I put it on, on my wrist. They're now sending me a new watch.
Note that the first solution was to send replacement bands but did not work.
Best AnswerI am having the exact same issue, it only seems to be one connector that keeps coming loose and I have tried several straps. I’ve only had my Versa 3 a number of weeks and it has fallen off many times as the strap just disconnects
