Battery drain after Versa update

I've read all the comments concerning draining battery after update, I've tried what has been said and my battery is still draining, I'm very disappointed why have update if it's going to drain your battery life.  Will there be a patch to fix this issue, my Fitbit is just 2 years old I'm not ready to buy a new one.  I hope there will be a way to fix this issue.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Specialv23.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Versa's battery draining faster than expected after the update. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Some users reported that they resolved the issue by letting the watch die completely while using it, then charge for several hours from a completely dead battery.

For additional tips to prevent battery drain, please see this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
