I purchased a Versa on boxing day charged it fully then 4 days later I got an email to say battery low need to charge.   So charged it and after an hour or so it was showing 99 percent so left it on charge a little longer but would not go to 100 percent is this normal ? At what percentage level should I charge ? It's now on 13 percent please help

@Dave2a This seems about right. 1% per hour drain. All is well. I usually charge my Versa way longer than 2 hours but 2 hours should be sufficient.

Is it normal to not be 100 percent when fully charged ? It was not off charge for an hour

@Dave2a Yes. That's what I observe as well. To get 100 percent you need to keep it way longer than 2 hours. No need to do that. Your call. 😄
