Battery draining too fast Versa

Is anyone else’s battery draining super quickly? I’ve never had an issue since I’ve had it, and now off of a sudden it is lasting me a few hours to maybe a full day. 

also I know it’s being worked on, but no text notifications are popping up. Phone calls are, but not texts. 

And does anyone know the warranty? I purchased mine from Best Buy & got the warranty through them. When I went to upgrade today, they said they aren’t doing it anymore.

Hi @Christieg23  Here is the Warranty document. How long have you had your Versa? Warranty is 12 months most places, 24 months in Europe and Australia. Contact Support to see if they can help you.

I got my Fitbit about a year ago, had it for maybe two weeks before it stopped working. The screen just blacked out and customer service couldn’t help me so I used my warranty and they sent me a “new” one. It hasn’t been able to hold a charge for more than 8 hours... you spend all that money on a new watch + warranty and they give you another crappy watch. I disabled all features on my watch and the battery still drains quickly. Sometimes it doesn’t even last 4 hours if I workout in the morning. If you are in the 45 day limit, get a refund. It isn’t worth getting a replacement !!

I don't have any help for this problem but I would love to know the answer.  Mine has been dying within 24 hours since the software update last week.  Help!  I feel like I'm anchored to my charger!
