My battery was draining in a day for weeks. I called customer service, did all the steps, and tech could only offer 25% off a new one. O was so mad. I actually purchased a Garmin, returned it, and also a Samsung.
All of a sudden, the darn thing just started to work perfectly. They had denied the problem was on their side.
What really happened? I gotta know.

Let me help you with your Versa not charging correctly. This could due to it not getting the appropriate power from the power source. This is why it is suggested you try different USB ports on the same computer or a different power source (like a wall adapter).
