My Versa watch only lasts 2 days now. I’ve re booted it, waited until it was low before charging etc. it’s not even a year old yet. Also, the strap on the band broke off

Hi @Tiredmom88 Lithium Ion batteries (which fitbits use) dont like to be allowed to run too low. You get best battery life if you recharge when there is about a third of the battery left. All batteries deteriorate over time, but the speed of deterioration is speeded up if you regularly let it discharge to a low amount. You are probably best to contact Support and see what they say about the band.
