Battery level

Hey,

So for some reason my Fitbit versa lite is suddenly always showing the battery level on the front screen (time screen). It does not matter what clock face I install, it's always there. It will even overlay on top of whatever clock face I choose. It's in the top left corner. If I choose a clock face that has information in the top left, it will not be readable because the battery icon is blocking the view. I have tried restarting the watch

I'd like to be able to choose if I want the battery level to show right there or not. Any advice?

Hello! This shouldn't be happening. Please try restarting your Versa Lite. To do this, simply press and hold the left button for about 10 seconds or until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then release the button. Hopefully that will resolve your battery issue. Good luck!

@Mrsjones_poel Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Versa Lite shows the battery level all the time, even though you've restarted it before contacting our forums.

Please try turning off your device by going to the "Settings" then swipe up, select "About", swipe up and tap on "Shut Down". Wait 10 seconds and turn it on again by pressing the button a few seconds and see if the battery level disappears.

As a side note, make sure that your Versa is fully charged.

Thank you for your help @AD1971!

See you later! 😀

@Mrsjones_poel and @JuanJoFitbit so sorry about that! I see now that she did state she tried restarting it. I missed that on first read!

Hello,
Yes I had tried restarting the watch before posting the question.
I have now factory reset my watch and set up as new watch with the app and the battery level disappeard. I hope I won't have to deal with it again, but it's all good for now!
Thanks!
