Screen Frozen on Versa

Last few days my clock face screen has been frozen.  My side buttons will work, but nothing else.  I have tried restarting, choosing new clock face and nothing works.  I have tried doing a factory reset on the watch itself and I can't even get it to do that.  What else do I need to do?
