Versa won't turn on

Can any body help me? I have a Fitbit Versa Special Edition, I purchased 4 months ago at BestBuy, but they keep hung up. I can't see anything on the screen except the line all over the screen.

So what I gonna do? I try to ask one of the worker in bestbuy and they told me to contact the Fitbit company to replace my unit.
