Versa battery draining fast

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my versa for for almost 4 weeks now and it's battery is lasting less time each day. I have tried all the suggestions on the forum but do far nothing had worked . I chathed my versa to 100% last night and left it on charge until about 10pm and by 8pm tonight it is down to 39%. I have a Fitbit watch face, have no notifications turned on etc. I am finding this very frustrating as I am continuously missing out on recording steps and exercise. If you can't fix this problem I would like a refund or at minimum a replacement fitbit.

Hi, first off all restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together intill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

@NettyF It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is not lasting as long as it should. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the restart process that shared my friend @SunsetRunner.

If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

No unfortunately it did not help to restart 5 times. On Monday night I
recharged to 100% and by 8pm last night the battery was down to 37% so I
recharged before I went to bed last night to 100% again and this morning
when I woke up it was already down to 79%!
It has been like this since I purchased it on 16/3/19 so barely 3 weeks
old! I have attached invoice. Unfortunately I paid for extra cover after
problems with my new charge 3 not even 6 weeks ago only to find out the
extra cover does not kick in until my warranty expires with you guys so
that was a waste of money too.
Attached is your Officeworks Invoice.pdf

Hi still having same problem. Versa charged to 100% at 10pm 2/4 and by last evening at 8 pm was down to 20%. Would like to know asap what you are going to do about this? After this and my problem with my new charge 3 not even a month ago I am considering changing to Garmin even though that will make my Aria scales useless as well😠
