I got my fitbit about 2 weeks ago. At first, my battery life was about every 3-4 days. In the last week, my battery life is about 24hrs. I fully charged my fitbit on sunday and put it on Monday morning about 6:30am, and when I woke up this morning it had 13%. Any one else have this problem?

Hi J. Lots and lots of people are reporting battery problems. I got my Versa Lite last week and the first charge lasted 3 or 4 days. After I charged it I changed the default clock face to a third party one (Oro-Lo-Glo) and that seemed to drain the battery much quicker.
So I re-installed the original clock face and recharged for 3 full hours. Since then it's working fine and after 3 days it still has 49 percent charge. I reckon it'll do another day before it gives me the 25% warning. Trouble is I'm now very nervous of changing anything!

Hi @jfuentes ,
I have been having this problem too. One thing I would suggest is that you don't leave it unattended while charging. Just take it out of the charger as soon as it hits 99%. If it overcharges, then it harms the battery. Another thing is that you should keep your brightness levels low, as this helps save the battery.

I'm not sure it can overcharge, as the lithium batteries have to be carefully regulated and this will be taken care of in the cradle or inside the watch. I could be wrong though.

Mine too! First time last 3-4 days and now only lasts like 2 days. Had anyone contacted Fitbit? I was thinking about doing that and want to know what they have been told to do to fix the problem.

I got my versa lite on dec. 2019, for the 1st 2 weeks, the battery was lasting for 3 days. Now the battery isn't lasting at all. I need to charge it everyday. I didn't set the alarm, I turned off the notifications and every feature that drains the battery. I even hadn't been exercising. So what is the problem? I am really disappointed. My husband has the fitibit charge 3, he charges it every 4-5 days and he thinks that I am doing something wrong. I am keeping an eye on the charger, and am not leaving it unattended. it is being charged in 1-2 hours. And I am not over charging it. I am using my android samsung phone fast charging plug.

This is my second fitbit versa lite edition. The first one wouldn't pair so I returned it to HSN and I had to pay for the shipping and handling. So I wanted to get another versa lite edition and they exchanged the watch for me. When I received the second watch it paired great but the battery life was only for one day. I called the fitbit and they were know help.
