My battery will not stay charged! I've only had it a few months. I'm very upset. I've turned off everything that causes battery drainage. Help

I have had mine for over a year and since the update phone app my Versa will not hold a charge. I have tried shutting it down and turning everything off. I also am not getting notifications. It is very disappointing.

Yeah, very disappointing. I mean I got it for the features. It really sucks. I'm hoping the company makes it right.
