Hi there @Acheebachee, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post about the battery low notification that won't go away after fully charging your Versa 2.

While reading your post I was wondering if the message is on your Versa 2 or the Fitbit app? Note that the battery percentage on your Fitbit app updates every time you sync. So if you haven't synced yet, your app will remain the battery percentage of the last synced.

Once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Versa 2 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.

Hope this information helps, I'll be around if there's anything else I may do for you. 🙂

Hi
Thanx for your reply. It was on my watch not the app. The app updated
properly.

Anyhow I just switched my watch off and restarted it and it sorted itself
out.

Thanx once again.
