I get a email stating my battery is low.
I put it on charge.
it fully charges but the message on my device st states that the battery needs charging. Despite trying to delete this message. It doesn’t go. Why? What should I do please?

Hi there @Acheebachee, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post about the battery low notification that won't go away after fully charging your Versa 2.
While reading your post I was wondering if the message is on your Versa 2 or the Fitbit app? Note that the battery percentage on your Fitbit app updates every time you sync. So if you haven't synced yet, your app will remain the battery percentage of the last synced.
Once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Versa 2 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
