Took my versa off the charger yesterday it said 100 percent. Woke up very early and was battery was dead. Did not even wear for 24 hours. Placed back on charger all day today and now the screen is black...wont turn on. App says it's a full battery and synced about an hour ago. How can I get it to turn back on and function with the 3-4 day typical battery life?

Hi @KeJackson1, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

My Versa also. I charge it no problem. Then it dies within 12 hours. It won’t hold a charge. I’ve cleaned the charger and my Fitbit. I’ve used different sockets. I’ve restarted and I’ve checked it’s up to date. This is now day 4 of only holding a charge for about 10 hours before dying.

My versa 2 stopped charging. Completely dead. Only few months old and a replacement.
Response I got from fitbit was send it back to us At your own cost plus insurance as they won't take responsibility for shipping.. if it gets lost hard cheese. £20 Plus another 18 to ship. Dont think so.
