Hi @Lynn77 Have you tried restarting your Versa several times?  Restart your tracker

Have you tired a Factory reset? Settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About.

Once you have tried both of these, ifbthe issue persists, please come back here for further

Help.

Hello @Lynn77 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around @NellyG, thanks for all your help. 🙂

@Lynn77 I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided by @NellyG and your Versa's battery is still draining faster than usual, please let the Versa drain its battery completely, then plug it in and charge it, Fitbit devices need from 1 to 2 hours to get fully charged, then sync your device and monitor its battery. Once the battery gets low, sync it once again.

This will be very helpful for us to check this situation further and determine what we should do next. Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.
