Hi,
I had my versa for 3months. All is working well specially the battery. But just recently like two days I kept charging my versa in 1 and half day only. Cause normally it will take 4to5 days before it gets drain. And now im worried why this things happening. Just now i charge my versa this morning. And I used around 12:30pm almost 8hours only and my battery percentage is now in 66%! Normally for the past few months I get 20% less only a day in my battery. Please let me know what can i do.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times and if this does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and let them perform a battery test. Regards kuzibri

I have had my Versa (which I love) since Christmas 2018. (around 9 months). Normally my fitbit charge will last 4-5 days. The last week I have charge my fitbit to 100% and within 4 hours it is completely dead. It does a jumpy screen thingy going to music control and is hard to swipe directions. I've restarted it SEVERAL times with no luck. I've logged off and reconnected on fitbit. I'm using my original charger. I do use my fitbit for exercise so it does get sweaty. HELP!!! I can't afford a new one and miss it big time.

Please send an email to https://contact.fitbit.com with the problem description and they would open a support ticket to help it out and for further communication.
If it is less than an year, it should be covered under warranty.
