My Versa would not respond to touch this morning. 2 hours later it was dead. Will not turn on. Left on charger for hours but no response. Tried resetting but no luck. Trying to figure out how to contact Fitbit for repair or replacement service. The Fitbit was purchased on 6/16/2019.

Omg mine just did the same thing last night. It won’t turn back on at all. I keep getting a dim screen then it goes black

Please send an email to https://contact.fitbit.com with the problem description and they would open a support ticket to help it out and for further communication.
