Battery running out fast-Versa 2

Kindly help .. first my fit bit would not count bike miles, it still does not . Now it's suddenly started drainibg super fast and is not picking up the heart rate either .

Thank you so much. I really appreciate your email. I rebboted the device
and I think it solved the problem but it still did not solve the heart
rate issue. There is no green light and no heart rate monitoring .

Can you please help me fix that.

So the battery is off again and heart rate issue unresolved.

Kindly advoce ad what to do?
