This morning I went to put my Versa on as I left it charging during the night and one moment the screen was okay (it had a thick blue line on the left hand side) and the next it was completely black. I tried resetting it and the logo came up for a moment before disappearing and it hasn’t had anything on since. The green light at the back is working and so is the vibration but nothing else.
solutions I’ve tried:
resetting
cleaning the ports to make sure it was charging
changing the clock face back to a Fitbit one
i was wondering if there was anything else I could try before contacting support directly

This happened to me today. I put it back on the charger for another hour and low and behold the screen was reactivated. Hope that helps

Thank you, I tried this but it didn’t work unfortunately. I have decided to buy another one if it doesn’t start to work in the next couple of days.
