Battery won't charge

Within 2 months of my warranty being up my battery crashed immediately and now it won't kick on.  After talking to Customer Support for nearly 30mins there solution...it's out of warranty and can't be replaced, but their solution:  "In this case, as we deeply value your relationship with us and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best, I would be happy to offer you a courtesy discount of 25% good towards the purchase of the following: Charge 3,Versa Lite,Inspire,Inspire HR and Ionic"!  Really?  So my second fitbit crashes shortly after the warranty and the best solution is to pay fitbit a third $200 for a new one and the discount isn't even good on the Versa model that I have!?!  

 

DON'T BUY A FITBIT!!  On to another brand......

I am sure they tried to help you in the best possible manner, each case is reviewed individually and a solution that's being provided is based on the Fitbit Warranty. I’m scared mine just did the same thing! It was fully charged and just shut off and now won’t come back on. I have it attached to the charger hoping that will wake it up eventually. Warranty expired Oct 24th. Arg!

Yup!! Lost a few that way!! I now LOVE my Apple Watch 5!
