Versa Not Staying/ won't synch

I have a Versa it won't stay synched to my phone. I have Factory reset, made sure all day synch is on, reset both devices MANY times. My versa still won't stay connected. Also when it will randomly will work it doesn't allow all notifications to come to my watch even after reset some do some don't.  I haven't owned my versa a year yet. Is it already no good?

I am having issues with mine too. Switched everything off. Resync. Blue tooth on and off. Nothing.... not the fory time this has happened. Never had issues with my older style of Fitbit watches
