Versa 2 unresponsive and reboots constantly

My Versa 2 is very unresponsive. Also, it constantly "hangs" and reboots itself sponstaneously. For example, it literally takes me 10 minutes to turn an alarm on and then put it into sleep mode before I go to bed. Any suggestions?

If you can. try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

Mine is doing the same except it’s frozen and i can’t even swipe to the left to reset.  It’s stuck in do not disturb mode.  HELP
