Hi,
I have recently brought a Versa two watch. However, after completing the setup i am not getting notifications. When i open the notification center it says "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker.
I have restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and checked the notification settings but the problem still remains. However, when i clear the data from the app settings it works. But within 30 mins the error is back and notification stops.
Can anyone please help!!

Try:
1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app
2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher
3) Restart your OnePlus device

Interesting, everything is working great for months on my OnePlus 7 Pro and Versa 2 (currently on Android 10 but no issues on Android 9 as well).
