I got this versa 2 about 5 days ago and I went to charge it for the first time and it will not charge I've tried making sure no dust is on it, I tried switched wall outlets, I've tried everything. I want a refund. Idk what else to do.

Hi @Sabrinared , contact Customer Support. Your charger might be defect of, indeed, the battery is a problem. Regards kuzibri
