Hello everybody, o have a problem with my recently bought Versa 2.i have made all the settinhs, the smartwatch is working ok, except the fact that i am not receiving notifications from my phone. the message in red says :"Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications" I have tried everything i have found on this topic : restarted both devices, checked the sleep and do not disturbe mode, checked that the apps have the permissions to send not., checked the bluetooth, etc. Please is you have any other ideaa i am listening. I am pairing the watch with a Huawei Mate 10 Lite.

Hi @Marie-Louise1 , unfortunately your phone is not in the list of supported devices by Fitbit, which may explain the problems you're having. Regards kuzibri

Thank you for your answer. Somehow weird yesterday when i got a phone call my watch vibrated but it was a one time only and for messages also. i guess that was a mistake:)) good thing that it syncs my activities

You're welcome. This is how not-supported devices behave. sometimes it works, most of the times it doesn't. regards kuzibri
