I got a brand new fit bit last week, the only notifications that I get are text and missed call. It will not notify me when the phone is ringing. Not sure if this is a common problem or it something is wrong with my fitbit as it is brand new. I am not very happy to be spending over a $100 on something and it does not work properly. I spoke to customer service, did all the recommended trouble shooting, did an up date this am and it is still not working. No one in customer service can seem to tell me when and if this is even going to be resolved. Very disappointed. I was planning to buy one for my daughter for Christmas and now I am second guessing. If I do purchase it will definitely be from a local store as I feel the customer service from fitbit.com was terrible and they have not been very helpful at all. Has anyone else had this problem and get the issue resolved by an actual update?

Hi @amuisiner, besides the iPhone users, also some Android users suffer from these problems after the latest Firmware update from Fitbit. It seems that Samsung suffers a bit more from these problems than other Android brands. Regards kuzibri

AFAIK, Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on it. How long it takes, I do not know. Regards kuzibri
