I used to have wind down to sleep reminder at 9.30 but shut it off. I still get a reminder but since clocks changed I get it at 10:13. How do I get rid of it. I have no sleep goals set

@Niftypins   This is a bug in the  iOS version of the Fitbit app.  Android users aren’t seeing this.  It isn’t related to sleep settings in iPhone Health.

Hi @Niftypins  - in the Fitbit App, click sleep tile and gear icon and adjust accordingly.

@Niftypins  - turn on the reminder for an early time, when it goes off, turn it off again.

If you then still get a reminder, it's coming from Alexa, Google Assistant or the phone.

@Niftypins   Do you use an iPhone?  Many users posted about this issue in the iOS forum.  My husband gets one every night, but never, ever set a bedtime reminder.
