After update my Versa doesn't wanna turn on it says Data not cleared Sync and try again "with a big X

Hi @SusyC, welcome to the community.

 

Try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair the Versa from there. Then go back into the Fitbit app (on your phone) and proceed to set up the device again. Hopefully this will fix things.

It fixed that, now my problem is that every time I want to shut down my watch it doesn't want to turn on. I have to press all three buttons to do a manual reset in order to be turn on...
