Data not cleared sync & try again. Was working fine then i got big red X and not working. Its only 6 months old

Hi @Alice_34, welcome to the community.
It sounds as though you may have performed a factory reset? I would recommend going into the settings app on your phone and then Bluetooth setting and unpairing/forgetting the Versa from there. Then go back into the fitbit app on your phone and try the setup process again.

I have same issue. I turned off the versa and on restart I got the red X with Data not cleared Sync and retry.
Tried all the solutions posted, none work.
Might have to get an apple watch, sad since my wife if a Fitbit employee.

Watch was recently charged earlier this week and was functional this AM. All of a sudden watch refused to acknowledge side button push (but vibrated). Started flashing the Fitbit symbol (different backgrounds) the red X. Placed on charger and after it apparently reloaded, the watch reported that the battery was exhausted (and I keep power consumption to a minimum so I only charge every 7 to 10 days).
Charging now and I'll report back on battery life.

Battery up to 42% but showed that the watch rebooted again.

Have display set to button only but watch taking touch input on screen :S
