Bike exercise

Hi, I recently bought a versa 2 smartwatch. This is all very new to me...so please be patient.

When i go out on my bike i put the bike exercise on the watch. I also put the bluetooth and gps and mobile data and location on my Android phone.

It doesnt seem to connect and doesnt show the mileage i have done, only the minutes i cycled. Any advice appreciated.

Also why doesnt this exercise show up on the dash as one of my exercises for the day.

Try connecting with the Fitbit app open @AnnAstaziA 

If it works, but fails when the Fitbit app is moved to the background, then we need to disable power management for the Fitbit app. Phone settings - apps - fitbit - Battery - turn off optimization 

Also make sure that the Fitbit app is not open in the foreground or the GPS will fail when the phones screen locks.

What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
