Bike ride data

I just got my Fitbit Versa yesterday.  Every morning I ride a 4 mile loop five times (total of 20 miles) through my town.  When I finished with my ride, my chart only has me going 0.86 miles (instead of the 20) at an average of of 0.63 MPH (my bike computer had me at 14.7).  Obviously I'm not getting things set up correctly even though my route was somewhat accurately depicted on the chart.  Could someone tell my how to set it up for riding a loop as I am, please?

Thank you!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Rich53. I am sorry for the delayed response.

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding the data you see after finishing your bike ride. Thank you for providing the details of your exercise. I understand that you're using the Exercise app with GPS to track your ride, you can confirm the steps here

I recommend making sure your personal details are correct and restarting your device. I also recommend checking out this article with information about the different factors that can affect connected GPS.
