Bitmoji Clock Face not updating

I installed the Bitmoji Clockface on my Versa2 but the clock doesn't change.  It shows the time when it was teleported but doesn't change to the correct time.  I removed the clock face and restarted Fitbit.  I have a iPhone 6S Plus.
