So, my husband gave me my Versa Lite for Christmas. On the 27th I downloaded the App and got to using my new watch. I had a little hiccup here and there with the Agenda App (it told me I needed to update my Fitbit App and watch, but when I went to see how, there was no need for an update). Finally an update came along about the 29th or 30th and everything was fine. However I noticed today a few odd things:
1. When I enter my water consumption via my watch (24 oz), .8 oz / 24 ml shows up on my Fitbit App after syncing.
2. About 5:00 pm this evening, my calendar popped up with the 31st date and information...today is the first.
3. when I went to my Fitbit App to see what the issues may be, and clicked in my picture to get to my apps loaded, I noticed a couple of my Apps that require “permission “ had a little yellow triangle with an exclamation point.
4. My sleep calculated on the first two night, didn’t calculate the 3rd night, and then calculated the next night. Is that something I should be expecting?
I have wanted a Fitbit for such a long time and am thankful that my husband gave me one. I understand that this is technology and there are hiccups. I just want to know if these are normal hiccups and it is only because of the new year that all these things are taking place.
Thank you for your help. Happy New Year.

Hi @Jujubean67,
I can only help with the sleep function issue. The issue is that your watch needs to get a consistent heart reading in order for the sleep function to work properly. I always suggest starting by tightening or loosening the watch. Sometimes when we sleep, the watch can get caught on a bone or something, which prevents the watch from getting that reading.
Check the battery of the watch. This watch is supposed to have a battery that lasts about 4 days, but if the battery on the watch is critically low, you won't be able to get a heart rate reading.
