Trying to connect my Snapchat/bitmoji to my Fitbit app so I can get the bitmoji clock faces, my bitmoji is already linked with Snapchat however when I go to connect my Fitbit to bitmoji on the Fitbit app it says ‘we couldn’t find you! Please make sure your bitmoji is linked to snapchat’. Tried turning my phone off and on, unlinking then relinking my bitmoji and snap and nothing has worked, can anyone help?

I regret to hear that you are experiencing difficulties to connect your Bitmoji to your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for the information provided and for the troubleshooting steps you performed. Please make sure to connect your Snapchat and Bitmoji accounts by following these instructions.
Starting with v1.1.0 of the Bitmoji clock face, you will see a message with instructions to connect your accounts but the message will show up only if you're in the clock face settings in the Fitbit app.

Thia is happening to me right now! I cant seem to figure out how to make it "find me"
I dont know what I'm doing wrong, I've looked in all the settings ( both fitbit and snapchat/bitmoji ) all the info was correct.
Can someone help ?
My watch is also second hand - would that make a difference ?

Whether the Bitmoji clock face has been installed on your Fitbit watch, there shouldn't be any problem if it is second hand.
If you haven't done it already, please perform a restart to your Fitbit Versa by following these steps and try again.
