Bitmoji clock face glitching?

Hi,

 

Is anyone else experiencing issues on their Versa with the bitmoji clock face? I’ve tried resetting my Versa and uninstalled and reinstalled the clock face but it keeps glitching out. It’s like the bitmoji has a white square around it and blocks out the actual numbers? And sometimes it doesn’t show anything at all, just a blank screen! It has reset itself a few times when the screen goes blank as well. Anyone else having these issues?

Hi, there are more users with problems with this Clock Face. Type Bitmoji in the search bar of this board and you will see a lot of topics regarding problems with it, besides battery drainage. My advice is always, when facing problems with it, to stay away from the Bitmoji face and change it to one developed by Fitbit itself, so you won't have any problems with it. But of course, that's up to you.

I just started having this exact problem.  I also reset my Fitbit and reset the Bitmoji, all to no avail.

Yes!  I am having this problem too but it continued to glitch even after I changed the clock face.  I can't decide if my screen is going out or if it's just the Bitmoji clock.

I fixed my issue by doing a hard reset. Hold the left button and right bottom button down until you see the Fitbit logo, then release. After I did this, my Bitmoji clock face display was correct.

I have done the reset 3 times suggested by support.  It didn't stay fixed though.  Hope yours will be permanently fixed

The same thing happened to me. The hard reset didn’t help. I think Fitbit should have to replace it! It’s such crap.

I had the same issue just last week. I called customer service they sent me out another Versa no problem. It's definitely an issue with bitmoji clock face. I tried uploading it to my new versa and it started glitching so I quickly did a factory reset and uploaded a basic clock. Fitbit should take of the bitmoji clock face.
