Bitmoji clock face not downloading solution

Any one having trouble with downloading the bitmoji clock, try putting versa on charge and try again. I couldn't do it last night so tried charging it at same time and it worked. Also update snapchat and bitmoji if they need it. Hope this helps.

Hi I'm wondering if you or anyone else knows how to download the bitmoji clock face. It keeps saying it cannot be downloaded on this device but I have a versa and it's says online it is compatible. I would like to know if this is due to not updating my versa or if its something on the app that just needs to be fixed or if my watch is really just not compatible. Thank you.
