Since Saturday night, my Bitmoji clock face will not load on my Versa Lite. Settings say "Connected. Preparing to teleport," but it's stuck. I have no clock face, just a spinning circle on the watch. I have tried everything, but no luck. Has anyone else had this problem since they applied the latest update?

Best AnswerWhen the Ionic's were recalled I treated myself to the FitBit Sense. This was back in March and I've haven't been able to load the BitMoji clock face since then. Along with other FitBit user's it stays at the state of "Connected, Preparing to Teleport". I hope this issue is resolved soon.
