Bitmoji clock face will not load on Versa Lite

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since Saturday night, my Bitmoji clock face will not load on my Versa Lite. Settings say "Connected. Preparing to teleport," but it's stuck. I have no clock face, just a spinning circle on the watch. I have tried everything, but no luck. Has anyone else had this problem since they applied the latest update?

When the Ionic's were recalled I treated myself to the FitBit Sense. This was back in March and I've haven't been able to load the BitMoji clock face since then. Along with other FitBit user's it stays at the state of "Connected, Preparing to Teleport". I hope this issue is resolved soon.

Fingers crossed it's fixed soon! Today I was able to load another clock face, which will hold me over until Bitmoji works again. dh 🙂

Hang in there. I kept trying every day to load Bitmoji, sometimes more than once a day. When things started working a little, meaning it would load just part of the clock face, I would do the 10 second button press to reset things. It was definitely painful, but eventually worked. I knew it was on their end, & had nothing to do with my watch. Sent from my Galaxy
