I've just replaced my broken Versa 2 with a new Versa 2, I've been using the Sp02 clock face on the old one but when I try to download it on the new Versa it says that it's not compatible - any suggestions?
Thanks

Hello @jspace and welcome to the Community. If you just added your device to your account, this will explain things. Your new device has the firmware from when it was manufactured. You need the current firmware to get certain apps and clock faces. Fitbit is always sending out firmware updates to newly activated devices. You got in line when you activated. You should get the firmware updates in 24-48 hours.

Same problem today with my new replacement. They told me to wait a week and try again when I called customer service.

My update came through in around a day and a half in the end, so not too long of a wait - fingers crossed for you, hopefully it won't be too long!
The versa did an update straight out of the box, so you'd think they could push the latest firmware at that point - unfortunately it doesn't seem to work that way 😞
