Bitmoji clock face

I have, as others, used the bitmoji clock face successfully... but after I changed it to another clock face, and then tried to use it again it is stuck on "connected preparing to teleport...."

I factory reset the Versa, un and reinstalled the fit bit and snapchat app and nothing is working

It takes forever for it to connect. Just set it aside at night before you go to sleep and hopefully it will connect by the time you wake up

I have it on a different watch that I dont wear all the time. And I want to keep it so I wont be changing the clock face as it is a pain
