I have been trying for days to get my Bitmoji clock face updated. At first it would connect and stick at 2%, then it actually updated all the way to 99% and just stuck there for days. I am attempting today to get it to update again, and now it will not even connect to SnapChat. It says it is, then comes back to the FitBit page and nothing is connected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all 3 apps, Bitmoji and SnapChat are connected and working fine. I have installed other clock faces with no issues, then tried to go back to the Bitmoji face, with no luck. I have checked the versions of all three and I have the most recent versions. Please help!!! I love my Bitmoji clock face and I feel lost without it!!!!
