Help! I just purchased a Versa 2 from HSN. I have been trying to add the new device in my account but it's not listed. I want to use it with my computer not my phone. Is this possible or must it be with my phone? Thanks for your help.

Hi @LM83 you using Windows 10? The Versa 2 won't set up with it. Let us know.

@LM83 try updating your app to the latest one and try again. I was told that Windows 10 computer does work. So, please try once more and let us know.
