Bitmoji not updating with Versa

I have updated my bitmoji and the update is not syncing to my versa. It says 99% complete (this could take a while) and despite following all instructions, it doesn't ever reach 100%. I have considered deleting bitmoji and starting again but there is a warning that I may not be able to sync bitmoji again. Any advice would be great
