Bitmoji stuck on preparing to teleport

I had successfully downloaded the bitmoji clock face and I liked it, but I reset all my fitbit settings and restored my Versa to factory settings in an attempt to fix another issue (water log) and now I can't get the bitmoji face to re-download. It is stuck on "connected waiting to teleport" with my Versa has a blue screen with the spinning circle in the middle. I've tried several times and it keeps getting stuck there and won't even show a %.

@sgiff I would try to uninstall the Fitbit app on your phone and reinstall it.  See if that works.
