Bitmoji won't connect

Has anyone successfully downloaded the Bitmoji clock face? If so how long did it take? I've tried several times and give up after about 30 minutes. Nothing ever happens; just a spinning wheel.

I have!

 

You need to have both the Snapchat and Bitmoji apps on your phone.  Log into the Bitmoji and Snapchat apps.  Then link those two together.  Once you do, go back into the Fitbit app and download the clock face,  It will then prompt you to connect to Snapchat.  Select "Yes".  Next, it will ask you if you want to import the Bitmoji from the Snapchat account.  Select "Yes" and it will start to teleport your Bitmoji to the watch.  Make sure that the Versa and the phone are near each other and that no other Bluetooths or Fitbits are nearby to help improve the connection.  It should take no more than 20 min, or so.

@Jaylbee it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the issue you've experienced with the Bitmoji clock face, I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you were able to install it after trying the workaround that shared my friend @DramaQueenDiva.
