I did a factory reset on my Versa and it will not turn on at all. I tried the three minute hold the three buttons. I tried to hold the three buttons for longer and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Nothing is working, What should I do?

If you haven't contacted our Support team as @SunsetRunner advised, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
